Challenge

As a new entrant and ‘disruptor’ of staff engagement, recruitment and training practices, REFFIND wanted an integrated, cross-channel digital marketing strategy to put it on the map and launch its revolutionary mobile platform to a traditional HR audience.

Strategy, look and feel, and tactics needed to reinforce the unique experience delivered by its mobile employee engagement platform – and create a brand presence with impact.

Solution

In strategy workshops, we defined target personas, content mapping, value proposition messaging, metrics and a digital execution roadmap. We designed and built a contemporary, UX-tested website – search engine optimised and integrated with the Marketo marketing automation platform to score and optimise visitor behaviour.

Quirky, relevant and themed SEM ads connect with the target audience to promote offers. The developed content challenged the status quo, supported by ‘always-on’ social media presence scheduled using a social calendar – resulting in a steady flow of website traffic and demo requests.
