What will be your responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow Green Hat’s content team, building a culture of high performance, experimentation, and continuous improvement in B2B content craft - including responsible AI use.
  • Own and evolve Green Hat’s content frameworks and storytelling approaches; lead strategy development in client workshops and planning.
  • Develop insight-led content strategies aligned to commercial goals.
  • Work with and alongside senior art directors to produce high-quality content across formats (Advertising, eDMs, websites/landing pages, blogs, infographics, case studies, reports, eBooks) tailored to complex B2B journeys.
  • Identify, test, and embed AI tools to boost research, ideation, personalisation, and efficiency while upholding originality and quality.
  • Champion Green Hat’s market voice via thought leadership, social content, and campaigns -positioning us as a B2B content leader.
  • Oversee quality control, optimise processes, and contribute to pitches with standout content thinking and examples.

What skills and experience will you bring:

  • 5-10 years in content strategy/creation (including advertising), ideally in a B2B agency (strong complex B2B experience in tech/IT, professional services, or manufacturing also considered).
  • Deep passion for B2B marketing and storytelling.
  • Proven track record leading/mentoring content teams and elevating content quality/impact.
  • Ability to distil complex propositions and sales cycles into compelling strategies/narratives.
  • Strong AI literacy: hands-on with tools for research, ideation, development, optimisation, and workflows - plus ethics, IP, and brand voice.
  • Exceptional B2B writing/editing across short- and long-form, mastering tone and narratives for senior decision-makers.
  • Confident client-facing skills: workshops, presentations, stakeholder influence.
