Prior to his board roles, he held senior executive positions in industry including Director of Marketing at SA Brewing and Deputy Managing Director of Dairyvale Foods.
At Hewlett Packard, he was APAC regional director for their strategic Microsoft business. At Heidrick and Struggles, he advised boards and CEOs in the pursuit of C-suite talent for large enterprise and government roles.
In addition to his board role, he operationally assists Green Hat’s management team in the development of our people and our culture – working with the MD and team leaders to make Green Hat a great place to work and one where every employee would recommend others to join.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked across Europe and APAC assisting tech start-ups, B2B agencies, and rapidly growing unicorns (Unity, Algolia, Figma). His main driver has always been to make a difference to the end-user and for his clients offering the product or service. He is presently a Vice President of Growth at Figma based in San Francisco, CA.
