After an internal reorganisation, we’re now looking for a Head of Digital Experience (DX) - a hands-on AI-savvy digital leader who’s ready to drive the future of digital strategy, martech and customer experience across our clients and our agency.
The roleYou’ll lead our Digital Experience practice and a team of talented specialists across:
- Marketing Automation & RevTech
- Web Development
- Data & Analytics
- B2B Media & Search
You’ll be both a strategist and a doer - helping our clients shape their martech ecosystems, optimise performance and deliver data-driven, personalised engagement. You will be involved in the AI transformation of the agency and that of our clients. You’ll also work closely with our Account Service team to ensure digital is at the heart of every client solution.
What you’ll do- Lead, grow and inspire our DX team to deliver outstanding client outcomes
- Be a trusted advisor to CMOs and digital leaders at major B2B brands
- Stay ahead of AI, digital and martech trends - recommending new tools, techniques and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated digital solutions
- Drive Green Hat’s own digital strategy and showcase what best-in-class looks like
- You’re recognised by clients and peers as a digital thought leader
- Green Hat is known for B2B digital innovation and effectiveness
- AI is embedded in our digital solutions, driving efficiency, effective and value-creation
- Your team is energised, motivated and delivering great work
- You’re helping drive year-on-year growth in digital revenue
- Proven experience leading digital, martech or CX functions in an agency or B2B environment
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation, data, web and media performance
- Experience in AI implementation and passion to do more
- Ideally experience in ABM design and execution
- Strong client leadership and consultative skills
- Curiosity, strategic thinking and a passion for emerging tech
- A balance of commercial acumen and digital creativity
