NEXTDC is Australia’s leading data centre operator. ASX 100-listed, it provides innovative and sustainable data centre outsourcing and connectivity services and infrastructure management software. 

To support its ambitious growth plans, NEXTDC needed to uplift its digital marketing and supporting capabilities. Foundational to this was a revamp of its website, which required advanced functionality, the migration of over 1,300 pages and a new design reflecting the brand’s premium positioning.

We were engaged to transform NEXTDC’s website and digital marketing function in line with best practice. 

The work required to transform NEXTDC’s digital marketing was multi-faceted. We worked with key stakeholders to evaluate and select enterprise-grade platforms that gave employees optimal UX/UI and functionality. Search functionality was enhanced across the partner ecosystem, and we deployed best practice SEO/SEM.  

In addition, we developed NEXTDC’s marketing automation capability, creating a lead scoring system and nurture programs with solution architecture that was fully integrated into their Salesforce CRM. We also created a new look and feel for 

NEXTDC now has a website that reflects its premium brand, supported by a sophisticated digital marketing function that can support its growth plans.  

The business can now implement, activate, and track the performance across a range of activity. Another benefit includes real-time visibility into engagement and attribution, and developing personalised customer journeys has improved lead generation.
