We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer with strong campaign / project management experience, especially in digital marketing. An understanding of B2B marketing is advantageous.

We are Australia’s largest B2B agency providing end to end services to global and Australian businesses. Marketing Automation Specialist

Green Hat is Australia’s largest B2B marketing agency and has been working with blue-chip B2B brands since 2001.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Digital Experience team. We use state-of-the-art platforms and have strategic agreements with world-leading vendors such as Adobe (Marketo), Salesforce (Pardot), ActiveCampaign and Domo. We also support other leading B2B martech platforms as well.

You will be part of a digital team that specialises in automation, analytics, web, SEO, SEM, social and email marketing. You will be exposed to a range of digital processes and platforms and be a contributor to integrated digital solutions.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Setting up and managing marketing automation programs and campaigns
  • Analysing and optimising these programs
  • Developing HTML email and landing page templates
  • Assisting in integrating automation for social, web, SEO and online advertising
  • Using a real-time data visualisation platform for data and cross-channel reporting
  • Researching for new tech platforms to improve our digital service
  • Working with account teams to understand the big picture so as to play your part

What skills and experience will you bring to the table?

  • Marketing automation, ideally Adobe/Marketo and Salesfoce/Pardot
  • Digital/automation certifications are a bonus

Are you ready to level up your career working across organic and paid social?

As a social media specialist, you’ll be helping us take on a diverse set of client requirements and set the gold standard for social content creation. You’ll primarily oversee the management and creation of organic content for our client’s social media channels, as well as developing and providing content recommendations and running paid social media campaigns.

You’ll also get a chance to work across a fantastic set of B2B clients and industries including building and construction, technology, healthcare, hospitality, professional services and more.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a social media manager or similar position
  • Demonstrated experience producing engaging content for social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

  • Experience reporting on organic social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continual optimisation
  • Impeccable grasp of grammar, spelling and punctuation is a must

  • Working in tandem with our accounts service, creative and digital teams to ensure that client collaterals are delivered to brief, budgets and deadlines

This position reports to the Head of Content and Social and is responsible for:
