We work with blue-chip brands in a vibrant agency culture. We are expanding our team to provide specialist services for clients across Australia and Asia.

We are seeking a collaborative, motivated and inspiring Art Director who enjoys a challenge of discovering what captivates and engages a B2B audience. Reporting to the Creative Director, you are confident to translate creative, marketing and brand strategies into innovative and engaging campaigns.

Working from our flexible Melbourne based office, You’re a visual creative wizard on the tools with a strong appreciation for design craft. You can inspire a talented team with your initiative across a variety of projects related to brand identity and creative campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate a high level of experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, wire-framing tools, and motion design software. Your portfolio should demonstrate ability across a range of media, including identity, print and motion graphic design.

Art Director Responsibilities:

  • Generate clear ideas and concepts
  • Produce storyboards to visualise ideas
  • Understand B2B marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
  • Cooperate with the content and creative team across multiple types of media
  • Take work from concept to final execution within budget and deadlines
  • Delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
  • Present completed ideas and rationale to clients/team members and clients
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best standard practices

Art Director Requirements

  • Hands on experience with band identity design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, dynamic and interactive media, image selection and art direction
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to share knowledge

We are seeking a collaborative, motivated and inspiring Senior Content Writer who enjoys the challenge of exploring what captivates and engages a B2B audience. Reporting to the Content Director, you are confident in translating the offerings of B2B and technology clients into rich, compelling, informative content that resonates with their audience.

Working from our flexible Melbourne based office, you’re more than just a wordsmith: you can quickly get to grips with a client’s business goals and come up with content ideas that can help achieve them.

We’re looking for a Senior Content Writer that can:

  • Write well-researched, well-structured, informative content for audiences that live and breathe the subject matter
  • Write for a variety of channels, both digital and physical
  • Bring a strong understanding of Tone of Voice and is comfortable writing in different voices for different audiences
  • Be hands-on with content development and editorial based around topics of authority for clients
  • Can think strategically and support strategic direction into content messaging frameworks, content planning and content measurement.

You’ll need:

  • To demonstrate a high level of experience with writing in-depth content about technology topics and B2B brands
  • 5+ years of experience under your belt
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your ability across a range of formats, including EDMs, web, print, long-form, e-books, whitepapers and blogs

You get bonus points for:

  • Having a basic understanding of SEO, content structure and categorisation
  • Prior marketing or advertising experience
  • A tech journalism or publishing background and/or agency background
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Operations Co-ordinator (Full time)

Full time

You: Organisation is your middle name – and you will help us to create processes that will assist in delivering the best service to our clients. A solid communicator with a can-do attitude who can maintain an effervescent attitude even when the goal posts are continually shifting. You take pride in being able to think on your feet, are proactive and can research when required to get things done, and done well, all within a timely manner. The office will run smoothly with all supplies, systems & policies being managed – all with a smile on your face that can be heard when you answer the phone.

The Gig

This is a full time role which reports to the Commercial Director and will provide general support to multiple areas of the business to enable the best possible client outcomes and smooth running of the Green Hat office and business operations.

What you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years proven administration/office experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills especially – Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and a “can-do” attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving skills
  • Team player with integrity and a positive outlook
  • Effective, timely and consistent approach for managing work requests
  • Prior experience in a marketing or event agency environment would be highly regarded.

What you will do:

General Support:

  • Organise and manage travel & couriers
  • Manage office & stationary supplies
  • Updating internal databases and contact information
  • Co-ordinate staff and team meetings & functions; including catering (where required)
  • Assist staff with documents for client presentations
  • Other administrative & general support as required

Management Support:

  • Provide support to CEO & MD
  • Manage the process of onboarding new employees and exit procedure for staff leaving
  • Create & update all business templates
  • Ensure Green Hat policies & procedures are up to date and adhered to
  • Assist with internal workflow, timesheet system and reporting
