We are seeking a passionate and experienced Account Manager to drive creative and digital solutions that delight our clients. Someone who is consultative, a hard worker, not afraid to take on a challenge and get their hands dirty when required.
We have significant growth opportunities in strategy, digital and creative innovation for our B2B and B2B2C clients. This is an exciting opportunity that allows you to develop inbound, outbound and smart integrated solutions that incorporate our full suite of digital, creative and automated marketing services.
What will you do?
- Be a consultative advisor to clients, win their respect with your insight, commitment to results
- Recommend innovative solutions to client marketing challenges – leveraging the Green Hat team around you
- Manage key accounts to achieve financial targets and client satisfaction objectives
- Drive business growth within your assigned client accounts – look for opportunities that further enhance our service delivery to them
- Be responsive with a can-do attitude with clients

What are we looking for?

You will bring the following experience, expertise and values with you…
- 3 years + experience in an agency account service role
- A strong empathy for client-side and ideally some experience being a client
- Excellent organisational, process and problem solving skills
- A can-do, positive attitude – be accountable and responsible
- A proven track record of achieving successful campaign outcomes
- Ideally understanding of digital, data, content and creative marketing
- A relevant university degree
