Media Planner/Buyer

Looking to manage a media division in a growth agency?

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Media Planner/buyer who can deliver and implement best in class media recommendations and plans that delight our clients. Someone who is a subject matter expert on key accounts, a hard worker, not afraid to take on a challenge and get their hands dirty when required.

This is an exciting opportunity that allows you to set the tone and drive how media is regarded as part of our service offering, by developing a team and growing existing and new business.

Key responsibilities are:

  1. Own the planning and buying process and take responsibility for delivering best in class media rationale and plans
  2. Have previous digital media experience and a working understanding of the offline media channels
  3. Work with your manager to review publisher brief responses and work on refining and negotiating to get to the optimum solution
  4. Demonstrate your ongoing knowledge of the media channels and use of media tactics
  5. Get all post campaign reporting to review and deliver best in class insights and learnings to clients that demonstrate your ability to deliver against briefed objectives
  6. Navigate the complex, ever changing media landscape and be prepared to articulately explain to clients the “why” behind our recommendations
  7. Build trust quickly so that you are seen as the media advisor on how the recommended media will affect our client’s customer ecosystem
  8. Stay connected with media suppliers, tech vendors amongst others to keep abreast of the latest opportunities for your clients
  9. Take ownership of any media bookings, confirmations, and invoicing detail to deliver accurate commercial management is best in class
  10. Reconcile a completed campaign to ensure all value has been delivered and client KPIs met.

Junior Designer UX/UI

We have a fantastic opportunity for a designer with UX/UI strengths to join Australia’s largest B2B marketing agency – Green Hat.

Green Hat is a leader in integrated B2B. A full-services agency mindful of the importance of branding, creative, customer experience, and pipeline impact.

We are seeking a can-do Junior Designer with UI/UX passion to ensure that our client’s digital content experiences are meeting the business’ needs and end user requirements. You’ll get to work across quality set of B2B brands from education, science, professional services, technology, insurance and more.

The designer will work within a team of highly skilled multi-disciplinary creatives and designers across a wide range of B2B brands with the goal of refining design, using best practice UI, and improving user experiences. The designer will also be responsible for supporting the design of brand and creative campaign outputs, print and digital, to ensure all assets have a consistent experience for business users.

Key responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of design best practice, UI design while maintaining alignment to clients’ brand identity style guides
  • The ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks
  • Work as part of a team
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production
  • Maintain brand consistency
  • Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
