Much like its pioneering 2024 predecessor, the 2025 edition of the APAC B2B Buyer Journey Research Report delves into how buyer behaviour is evolving and how you can make sure your brand is top of the vendor shortlist.

Green Hat teamed up with 6sense again to pick up where we left off in 2024. Our goal? To track this evolution and the factors influencing it. This year, we identified three: AI, economic uncertainty, and the growing numbers of digital natives in the buying group.

We also discovered that

  • Buyers are engaging earlier with sellers – a full 12 weeks earlier;
  • The average buying journey has shortened from 13 to 11 months;
  • The average APAC buying party has shrunk from 13 to 11 members;
  • Topping the seller shortlist is still all-important to winning the deal.
