ABOUT YOU 

You live and breathe marketing technology and have led marketing operations for large matrixed B2B organisations.  

You love working in ABM platforms such as 6sense and Demandbase. Of course, you are certified in either platform. 

You count the sales operations team as your close friends and have worked with them to integrate marketing and sales technology. You dream of tightly integrated MAP and CRM workflows at night! 

You know marketing automation platforms like the back of your hand and have ideally been the platform owner of Hubspot or Marketo. At a pinch, you could run certification training for either platform. 

You’re always on the lookout for the newest MarTech and evaluate it for the value it can add to the business rather than being seduced by lofty developer promises. You’ve successfully integrated new technology into existing tech stacks and proved its ROI. 

You’re great at manipulating data, but even better at extracting insights that guide decisions. You know your way around BI platforms to build dashboards that your CMO loves to visit. 

You are comfortable ‘talking tech’ with the experts, but equally astute at relating to business and sales leaders. Your peers describe you as a trusted advisor who helps them drive their agendas using technology. 

If your CMO and Head of Sales asked you to convince them to invest in ABM, you would deliver a killer 20-minute presentation that would have them signing on the dotted line immediately.

Finance/Business Manager

Part Time

We have a unique 3 to 4-day-a-week opportunity for an experienced Finance/Business Manager with strong accounting background preferably with some agency experience to join Australia’s largest B2B marketing agency – Green Hat.

We work minimum 2 days per week in the Hawthorn office. This role may become full-time (TBD).

We are a growing business with a diverse, multicultural team. We work with global brands such as Nestle, Korn Ferry, McCain, Taubmans and many leading Australian brands. The Role:

  • Reports to the Commercial Director
  • Provide financial planning and support with key stakeholders
  • Manage budget planning and forecasting and provide monthly variance reporting
  • Perform bank, general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations and journals
  • Produce accurate financial reporting information related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, revenue, etc.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the accounting system
  • Oversee payroll processing
  • Perform other duties as required

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting
  • Ideally CA/CPA qualified
  • Minimum 5 years work experience post tertiary qualification
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with reporting
  • Ability to work autonomously and with the team
  • Strong with Xero and Microsoft Excel
  • Agency industry experience advantageous

We are seeking a specialist data analyst to join our DX (Digital Experience) team.

What does the role involve?

You will be responsible for planning, setting up and optimising our client analytics and insights – organising data for realtime and near-realtime visualisation and reporting. You will be managing data analytics using platforms such as Power BI, Looker, Domo, GA, QLIK and other analytics platforms as required. You’ll be part of a dynamic digital team who supports and learns from each other.

Importantly, you will have an understanding of CRM/marketing data as you will be working with integrations from automaton, ABM and CRM/CDP platforms, and new martech being adopted for our clients.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Setup reporting dashboards
  • Providing insights to our consulting/AS team to optimise client outcomes
  • Make recommendations for improved analytics and benchmarking processes
  • Recommend martech platforms for data management and modelling
  • Working closely with the DX team for digital intergrations

You need to:

  • Understand GA4, audiences, conversion tags and GTM
  • Ideally have some experience with Power BI, Looker, Domo, and/or Tableau
  • Be an Excel wizard who enjoys formulas and visualisation of data
  • Some knowledge of SQL syntax a bonus
  • Be an analytical problem solver
  • Have a relevant degree
  • Be an excellent communicator and clear presenter
